超临界CO2萃取罗布麻黄酮的传质模型 被引量:2

摘要 为解决罗布麻韧皮纤维传统脱胶工艺中黄酮化合物的浪费问题,在40℃~50℃,15-25MPa的条件下对罗布麻韧皮纤维进行超临界CO2脱胶预处理,提取了罗布麻韧皮中的黄酮有效成分。在此基础上建立了超临界CO2流体萃取黄酮的传质模型,计算出各条件下的传质系数K·α和K·α,反映了各个操作因素对萃取过程的影响。模型计算值与试验值吻合效果良好,说明所建立的模型能够很好地反映萃取过程,对萃取过程的工业放大具有重要指导意义。 To solve the problem of the waste of flavones compounds, the flavones from apocynum venetum bast fiber are extracted before degumming with supercritical carbon dioxide at 40℃~50℃ and 15~25 MPa. On that basis, a mass transfer model of supercritical fluid extraction of flavonoids is established to work out the mass transfer coefficient Kf · a and Ks · a under various conditions, and that can reflect the effect of each operating factor on the extraction process. The calculated values of this model agree well with the trial values, indicating that the established model is able to reflect extraction process well, and has an important guiding significance for the industrial amplification of extraction process.
