摘要
通过对竹代尔纤维的力学、机械性能,以及竹代尔针织物的热湿舒适性进行测试与讨论,并对竹代尔纤维进行电镜扫描和红外光谱检测,分析了竹代尔纤维的性能及其针织物的服用性能。研究表明:竹代尔纤维纵向表面光滑,横向呈非圆形截面;竹代尔纤维亲水基团较多,这是其吸湿性较好的主要原因。利用模糊综合评价得出竹代尔针织物的热湿舒适性好,服用性较好,可广泛应用于内衣和运动衣的制作。
The mechanical and mechanical properties of bamboo fiber and the heat-moisture comfort of bamboo fiber knitted fabric are tested and discussed. The bamboo fiber is tested by using scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy, and the performance of bamboo fiber and wearing performance of bamboo fiber knitted fabrics are analyzed. The results show that the surface morphology of bamboo fiber is mainly vertical and cross-sectional morphology. There are more hydrophilic groups in bamboo fiber, which is the main reason why bamboo fiber has good hygroscopicity. The result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the bamboo fiber knitted fabric has good thermal and moisture comfort and good wearing performance, and could be widely used in underwear and sportswear.
