摘要
对比测试普通聚酰胺长丝织物、铕有机配合物树脂涂层长丝织物和铕有机配合物与熔融纺丝液共聚纺丝制成的长丝织物的防紫外线、透湿性等性能。测试结果表明,普通细旦丝聚酰胺织物虽具有一定的紫外线防护能力,但是达不到紫外线防护标准要求,不适合作为夏季防晒衣织物;添加1%稀土金属铕有机配合物的树脂涂层整理织物具有非常优异的紫外线防护功能,但是织物透气性、透湿性等舒适性指标却显著降低;而添加1%稀土金属铕有机配合物的聚酰胺纺丝熔体共混纺丝所织的织物同时具备优异的紫外线防护能力和透湿透气能力,因此铕有机配合物与聚酰胺熔体共混纺丝制成的织物适合用于夏季防晒服面料。
The contrast tests of anti UV, air permeability and moisture permeability on regular fine denier PA filament fabrics, resin coated PA filament fabrics with europium organic ligand complex and fabrics made of polyamide filament blended with europium organic ligand complex are carried out. The test results show that the regular fine-denier PA fabrics have certain UV protection effect with UPF grade no more than 5, far from the requirements of UV standards. The resin-coated fabrics with 1 % europium organic ligand complex have excellent UV protection effect but poor performances on air permeability and moisture permeability. Polyamide fine-denier filament fabrics made from blending melt spinning with 1% europium organic ligand complex have excellent UV protection effect and good performance on air permeability and moisture permeability, and they are quite suitable for summer sun protection clothes.
