摘要
介绍了织物遮光率的测试原理和测试方法,阐述了积分球分光光度计法、照度计法进行织物遮光率测试的原理、测试装置,以及测试方法优缺点的对比。针对照度计法存在的测量波动问题,提出了一种测量织物遮光率的改进方法,采用复眼透镜对照明光源进行空间光整形,在织物上获得了空间均匀分布的照明光,减轻了测试误差对测量结果的影响。采用光学仿真软件TracePr。进行光路模拟,并搭建试验设备进行了对比测试。试验结果证明,改进方法可以减轻测试的误差波动,提高测量精度。
The test principle and method of fabric shading coefficient are introduced, the test theory and test device using sphere photo meter and illuminometer, and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages for the two methods are illustrated. Based on the test fluctuation in the flux test, an improved test method for fabric shading coefficient is put forward. A fly-eye lens is used to shape the light of the lighting source and obtain a uniform spot on the fabric to reduce the impact of test errors on measurement results. TracePro software is used to make the optical simulation and set up the experiment to test the shading coefficient results. The results indicate that the improvement method could achieve better test accuracy and lower test error.
