摘要
搭建了一台适用于纺织车间的立管式间接蒸发冷却器试验台,并研究了其实际耗水量、蒸发损失以及飘逸损失。针对立管式间接蒸发冷却器循环水损失严重,需要大量补水的问题,提出了合理的改进措施。试验结果表明,经过改进后冷却器耗水量大大减少,从而节省了循环水补水量,达到了节约水资源的目的。
One vertical tube type indirect evaporative cooler for textile workshop is established. The actual water consumption, evaporation loss and escape loss are studied. In view of the serious loss of circulating water in vertical tube type indirect evaporative cooler and the need for a large amount of water supply, reasonable improvement measures are put forward. The experimental results show that the water consumption of the cooler greatly is reduced after the improvement, thus saving the circulating water replenishment and the water resources.
