不同野牡丹品种的扦插技术研究

The Differences in Rooting of Melastoma L. Varities Cuttings

以野牡丹新品种‘天骄’、‘超群’、‘心愿’的当年生半木质化枝条作为试验材料,研究基质、植物生长调节剂的种类和浓度对3个品种扦插生根的影响。结果表明,使用泥炭作为基质对3个品种的扦插效果最佳。适用于‘天骄’、‘超群’、‘云彩’3种野牡丹的最佳植物生长调节剂处理分别是使用500mg/LIBA、500mg/LABT和200mg/LABT浸泡插穗15min。

Semi-lignified branches of Melastoma cultivars ’Tianjiao’,’Chaoqun’ and ’Xinyuan’ were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different substrates and plant growth regulators at different concentrations on rooting of their cuttings. The results showed that peat was the best substrate and that the best treatments with plant growth regulators for ’Tianjiao’,’Chaoqun’ and ’Xinyuan’ were 500 mg/L IBA, 500 mg/L ABT and 200 mg/L ABT, respectively, with which cuttings were soaked for 15 mins.
