摘要
为了解短时中等强度有氧运动对女大学生身体成分及心肺功能的影响,研究短时中等强度有氧运动对提升女大学生身体素质、形态等的作用,以对比实验的方法对参与研究短时中等强度有氧运动研究的女大学生的身体成分、心肺功能进行测量分析.结果显示,参与短时中等强度有氧运动的女大学生的身材更加健美,且BMI,WHR、体脂率均明显优于未参与短时中等强度有氧运动的女大学生,差异明显(P<0.05);同时,参与运动的女大学生,肺活量、每搏输出量、最大摄氧量、射血分数等都明显提升,心肌收缩能力得到显著提高,均优于未参与运动的女大学生.因此,短时中等强度有氧运动有助于改善女大学生身体成分,提高心肺功能.
In order to understand the influence of short-term moderate intensity aerobic exercise on the body composition and cardiopulmonary function of female college students,the effect of short-term moderate intensity aerobic exercise on improving the physical quality and morphology of female college students was studied. The body composition and cardiopulmonary function of female college students who participated in the study of short-term moderate intensity aerobic exercise were measured and analyzed by means of comparative experiment. The results showed that female college students who took part in short,moderate-intensity aerobic exercise were fitter. BMI,WHR and body fat rate were significantly better than those female college students who did not participate in short-term moderate intensity aerobic exercise (P < 0. 05 ). At the same time,the female college students who participated in sports had significantly improved their lung capacity,stroke output per stroke,maximum oxygen uptake,ejection fraction,and myocardial contractility,all of which were better than the female college students who did not participate in sports. Therefore,short-term moderate intensity aerobic exercise is helpful to improve the body composition and cardiopulmonary function of female college students.
