摘要
电弧的燃烧和熄灭是开关电器的核心理论。由于种类繁多、结构差异较大,在产品设计中仍要依赖于大量的试验研究。自行设计了可拆卸灭弧室,通过在振荡回路中串联阻尼电阻来提供直流电流,搭建了气体电弧试验平台,对不同压力(0.1、0.2、0.4 MPa)、电流(50、100、200 A)、触头开距(4、8、12 mm)等条件下的CO2直流电弧特性进行了试验。研究结果表明,随着灭弧室内气体压力增大,电弧燃烧更为剧烈并且电弧电压快速升高,而电弧半径变化较小;随着触头开距增大,气体电弧燃烧剧烈程度和电弧半径无明显变化,电弧电压明显升高;随着电弧电流增加,电弧燃烧更为剧烈,电弧半径明显增大,电弧电压无明显升高甚至下降。
Arc combustion and extinction are the core theory of switching appliance.This paper designed a removable arc extinguishing chamber,in which damping resistors are connected in series in oscillation circuit to provide DC current,and established a gas arc experimental platform.The test about CO2 DC arc characteristics of different pressure(0.1,0.2,0.4 MPa),current(50,100,200 A) and contact spacing(4,8,12 mm) was carried out.The results show that with the increase of gas pressure,arc is burning violently and voltage is raised quickly,while arc radius changes slightly;with the increase of arc current,arc burning more violently,arc radius increases obviously,while arc voltage is raised slightly;with the increase of contact spacing,arc burning and radius change slightly while voltage is raised obviously.
