摘要
额定限制短路电流是接触器与短路保护器(SCPD)短路配合的重要参数,而额定限制短路电流试验是衡量SCPD与接触器协调配合能力的重要试验。在验证断路器与接触器“2”型协调配合能力的额定限制短路电流试验过程中,发生频率较高的常见失效模式为接触器触头熔焊。着重分析了在试验过程中当额定限制短路电流I_q值增大到一定程度时,出现的另一种失效模式,并对失效发生的条件进行了分析。通过仿真的方式对预估结果进行了证明,并提出了接触器的优化改进方案。
The rated conditional short-circuit current is an important parameter for the contactor to short-circuit with the SCPD,and the rated conditional short-circuit current test is an important test to measure the ability of the SCPD to cooperate with the contactor.In the rated conditional short-circuit current test to verify the "2" coordination ability of the circuit breaker and the contactor,the common failure mode with higher frequency is the contactor contact welding.This paper analyzed the rated conditional short-circuit current during the test,when the current I_q value increases to a certain extent,another failure mode occurs,and also analyzed the conditions of failure occurrence.The prediction results are verified by the simulation,and the optimized improvement scheme of the contactor was proposed.
