摘要
为了解决传统交互式图形编程方法编制斜楔数控加工程序效率不高的问题,基于NX设计了智能数控编程系统,针对如何识别斜楔特征和抽取加工边界的问题,基于三维模型B-rep表达方法,提出了基于特征核心平面的特征识别算法和加工边界抽取算法,可准确识别斜楔的几何参数。为解决特征与数控工艺模板快速匹配的问题,提出了通用的数控工艺模板键值对表示方法,该方法可以根据特征快速检索对应的工艺方案,以企业典型的斜楔测试智能数控编程系统为例,结果表明特征识别准确率可达90%,总体数控程序合格率可达80%。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional interactive graphics programming method was not efficient in programming NC program of wedge, an intelligent NC programming system was implemented based on NX. Aiming at how to identify the manufacturing feature and extract the process boundary of the wedge, based on the 3D model B-rep representation method, a feature recognition algorithm and a process boundary extraction algorithm based on the core plane of features were proposed, which could accurately identify the geometry parameters of wedge. In order to solve the problem of rapid matching between the feature and the CNC process template, a general CNC process template key-value pair representation method was proposed, which could quickly retrieve the corresponding CNC process template according to the feature. The intelligent NC programming system was tested with the typical wedge of enterprise, the results showed that the accuracy of feature recognition could reach about 90%, and the NC program qualification rate could reach about 80%.
