充电口铰链支架卷圆复合模优化设计

摘要 对充电口铰链支架的成形工艺进行分析,将预卷圆工序和卷圆工序进行合模处理,为保证卷圆成形质量和控制卷圆同轴度,利用CAE技术对展开长度进行优化,通过控制预卷尺寸保证卷圆头部的圆度。斜楔滑块对制件卷圆的过程中,通过优选卷圆凹模半径,采用氮气弹簧进行压料等措施,保证了卷圆质量和同轴度要求,借助有限元数值模拟手段,优化了制件成形工艺,缩短了设计周期。 The forming process of a hinge bracket of charging port was analyzed, and the pre-curling and curling process were combined. In order to ensure the forming quality and control the coaxiality of parts, the CAE technology was used to optimize the blank length, the roundness was ensured by controlling the size of pre-curling. In the curling process by use of the wedge and slider, the requirements of curling quality coaxiality were ensured by optimizing the radius of curling die and adopting nitrogen spring to press the material. By means of the finite element numerical simulation, the forming process was optimized and the design cycle was shortened.
