基于微孔注射工艺的汽车发动机盖模具设计 被引量:2

Design of mould for engine hood based on micricellular injection moulding process

摘要 对某汽车发动机盖的结构特点进行分析,考虑材料成型特性和微孔注射的工艺要求,完成模具浇注系统、成型零部件、冷却系统和顶出机构的设计。试模结果显示,采用微孔发泡成型的塑件表面质量良好,尺寸精度符合要求,在力学性能降低较小的条件下,塑件质量减轻约10%。 The structural characteristics of an automobile engine hood were analyzed. Taking into consideration of material property and the process requirement of microcellular injection moulding, an injection mould was designed with runner system, core and cavity plate, cooling system and ejection system. The debugging result showed tha tthe surface qualitymoulding parts produced by micricellular foaming was good, and it met the requirement of dimensional precision. Besides, the weight of plastic was reduced approximately 10% without obvious decline of machanical property.
