摘要
利用软件的拔模检测功能分析储物盒结构,论述了其注射模浇注系统、定模推块抽芯机构、动模大角度滑块、二次推出机构及冷却系统的设计.经过实际生产验证,模具结构合理,工作可靠,成型的塑件尺寸合格,品质达到预期效果。
The structure of a storage box was analyzed by using the draft detection function of software. It expounded the design of gating system, the core pulling mechanism with angle ejector pin on the fixed half of mould, the slider with large-angle on the moving half of mould, the twice ejection mechanism and the cooling system.The actual production verified that the mould structure was reasonable and its work was reliable. The plastic parts were qualified in size and achieved the expected effect of the market.
