摘要
内循环光电式Z轴对刀仪采用内部回路设计,通过刀具接触测量柱下压使对刀仪内部开关闭合产生回路,发出瞬间声光响应来获得原点上的Z坐标值,该设计方案不受外界因素干扰,响应速度快且定位更准确。
The internal cyclic photoelectric Z-axis cutting tool auto-checking instrument was designed with internal circuit. The cutting tool was contacted the measuring column and pressed, which made the internal switch close to generate a circuit, and instantaneous sound emitted light in response to obtain Z coordinate values on the origin. The design was free from external factors and the instrument had fast response and more accurate location.
