摘要
采用宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试、扫面电镜分析、能谱分析及金相分析等方法对H13压铸模的失效进行了分析.结果表明,模具材质及热处理组织正常,模具零件型面根部转角处应力集中引发裂纹源,并扩展成大裂纹,最终导致模具开裂失效。
The failure of H13 die casting die was analyzed by macroscopic analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, scanning electron microscopy analysis, energy spectrum analysis and metallographic analysis. The results showed that the die material and heat treatment structure were normal, and the stress concentration in the corner of the die part root caused the crack source, and then expanded into a big crack, which finally leaded to the failure of the die.
