局限性掌跖角化不足1例

A Case of Circumscribed Palmar or Plantar Hypokeratosis

摘要 患者女,63岁,右手大鱼际凹陷性红斑10年余。皮损组织病理:界限清楚的角质层突然变薄。根据临床及组织病理特点,诊断为局限性掌跖角化不足。 A 63-year-old female presented with a 10-year history of erythematous depressed lesion on the thenar eminence of her right hand.Histopathological examination showed an abrupt,well-demarcated decrease of the stratum corneum.The diagnosis of circumscribed palmar or plantar hypokeratosis was established according to clinical and histopathological features.
