宽胸理肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰浊壅肺证)患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction on AECOPD Patients with Retention of Phlegm-dampness in the Lungs

目的观察宽胸理肺汤对痰浊壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血常规、肺功能、血气分析的影响并探讨其机制。方法患者200例随机分为观察组与对照组,均予西医常规治疗,观察组同时给予宽胸理肺汤治疗,疗程为10 d。观察患者治疗前、治疗10 d后白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NE%)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肺功能和中医证候积分。结果治疗后两组WBC、NE%、CRP、肺功能和中医证候积分均较治疗前改善,观察组改善更为显著(均P<0.05)。结论宽胸理肺汤联能够明显改善AECOPD(痰浊壅肺证)患者白细胞计数、中性粒细胞,改善患者的肺功能,减轻患者全身症情。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction on blood routine,lung function and blood-Qi analysis in patients with AECOPD.Methods:200 patients were randomly divided into the test group and the control group.Both groups were given routine Western medicine treatment according to the guidelines.The test group was treated with Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction for 10 days.WBC,NE%,CRP,lung function and blood-Qi analysis were observed before and 10 days after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,there was significant difference in WBC,NE%,CRP,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%and integral of TCM syndrome in each group after treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction can significantly improve the white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage and the lung function,and reduce the systemic symptoms of patients with obstructive lung type AECOPD with phlegm turbidity.
