针灸治疗泌尿系结石的用穴规律研究

目的分析发表在国内的针灸治疗泌尿系结石的临床随机对照试验(RCT)文献,以总结规律指导临床和科研。方法制定统一的文献纳入、排除标准和检索策略,在CNKI、VIP、CBM、万方数据库中采用专业检索,利用Excel建立泌尿系结石针灸处方的主穴数据库,采用Excel软件建立泌尿系结石针灸处方的主穴数据库,在Window操作平台采用Weka3.8对数据进行描述性分析和关联规则分析。结果针灸治疗泌尿系结石RCT文献处方中使用频率最高的腧穴为肾俞,频率最高的经脉是足太阳膀胱经,特定穴中背俞穴使用占优势,以综合疗法为主;关联规则分析显示主穴相关性最高的是关元-三阴交-肾俞。结论针灸治疗泌尿系结石的主穴选穴规律是关元-三阴交-肾俞,可为针灸治疗该病诊疗思路提供一定的思路和参考。

Objective:To analyze the rules of acupoints used in randomized controlled clinical trials of acupuncture and moxibustion for ureteral calculi published in China.Methods:Unified criteria for literature inclusion,exclusion and retrieval strategies was formulated.After professional search in CNKI,VIP,CBM and Wanfang databases,Excel was used to establish the main acupoint database of ureteral calculi prescriptions for acupuncture and moxibustion.In the Windows operating platform,Weka 3.8,UCINET and NetDraw were used to analyze the association rules and the visual centrality of acupoints.Results:In the treatment,the highest frequency of acupoint used was Shenshu,and the meridian was the foot-sun bladder meridian;the use of Back-shu points in specific acupoints is dominant.The correlation rule analysis showed that the highest correlation of the main point is the Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao-Shenshu.Conclusion:This study summarizes the rule of acupoint selection by Acupuncture and moxibustion in treating urinary calculi,which can provide certain ideas and references for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of this disease..
