硝酸银联合肿意膏湿性贴敷治疗张力性水泡的临床研究

Clinical Study of Silver Nitrate Combined with Zhongyi Ointment Wet Applying on Tension Bubbles

目的观察硝酸银联合肿意膏湿性贴敷治疗张力性水泡患者临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法120例患者运用DAS(Ver1.0)生成随机数字表均分为观察组与对照组两组各60例。观察组给予硝酸银联合肿意膏湿性贴敷治疗,对照组给予常规聚维酮碘纱布湿敷治疗,疗程均为10 d。疗程结束后,比较两组患者治疗总有效率、水泡消除效果、肿胀评分以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者水泡平均消除时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后患者≥2 cm水泡个数与治疗前比较均减少(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后5、7、10 d时,观察组患者≥2 cm水泡个数均少于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者下肢肿胀总改善率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗5、7、10 d时VAS评分均低于治疗前(均P<0.05)。结论硝酸银联合肿意膏湿性贴敷治疗张力性水泡的临床疗效显著,能有效消除患者水泡并缩短消除时间,减少患者疼痛程度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of silver nitrate combined with wet application of Zhongyi Ointment on patients with tension blisters and explore its mechanism.Methods:120 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each,with DAS(Ver1.0)to generate random number table.The observation group was treated with silver nitrate combined with wet application of Zhongyi Ointment,while the control group was treated with conventional povidone iodine gauze wet application,both for 10 days.After treatment,the total effective rate,level elimination effect,swelling score and VAS score of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group(85.00%)(P<0.05).The average elimination time of blisters in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of vesicles bigger than or equal to two centimeters before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,they decreased in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05).On 5 th,7 th and 10 th day after treatment,those in the observation group was fewer than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the total improvement rate of lower limb swelling in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between them before treatment(P>0.05).VAS scores on 5 th,7 th and 10 th day of treatment were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).on 5 th,7 th and 10 th day of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Silver nitrate combined with wet application of Zhongyi Ointment has a significant clinical effect on tension blisters.It can effectively eliminate blisters and shorten the elimination time,and reduce the degree of pain in patients.
