风险管理联合健康教育对肥胖患者产后心血管代谢风险的影响

Effects of Risk Management Integrated with Health Education on Postpartum Cardiometabolic Risk in Obese Patients

目的:探讨风险管理联合健康教育对肥胖患者产后心血管代谢风险的影响。方法:将300例肥胖产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,对照组予以常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上实施风险管理联合健康教育。比较两组产后1年心血管事件发生风险,产前、产后1年一般自我效能感(GSES)量表评分,健康行为依从性评分。结果:观察组心血管事件中、高风险比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GSES量表评分较产前明显升高(P<0.05);观察组健康行为依从性中休息、饮食、母乳喂养、锻炼、并发症预防、复查6个维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肥胖患者实施风险管理联合健康教育可提高其自我效能感与健康行为依从性,降低产后心血管代谢风险。

Objective:To investigate the effects of risk management integrated with health education on postpartum cardiometabolic risk in obese patients.Methods:A total of 300 obese patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(150 cases each group).The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given risk management integrated with health education.The risk of cardiovascular events at 1 year after delivery,and the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores and health behavior compliance scores before delivery and at 1 year after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results:The ratio of middle-risk and high-risk cardiovascular events in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the GSES scores in control group(P>0.05),and the GSES scores in the experimental group significantly increased compared with that before delivery(P<0.05).The scores of six dimensions of healthy behavior compliance,including rest,diet,breastfeeding,exercise,complications prevention and having a check,were higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Risk management integrated with health education in obese patients can reduce the risk of postpartum cardiometabolic risk,improve the self-efficacy and health behavior compliance.
