多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗复杂肾结石患者的精细护理干预

Fine Nursing Interventions of Multi-channel Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy for Patients with Complicated Renal Calculi

目的:探讨多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗复杂肾结石患者的精细护理干预方法及效果。方法:将100例多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗复杂肾结石患者随机分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予精细护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组护理后红细胞、血尿素氮、β2微球蛋白、N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶优于护理前,研究组护理后红细胞、血尿素氮、β2微球蛋白、N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于护理前(P<0.05),研究组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后舒适度评分高于护理前(P<0.05),研究组护理后舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗复杂肾结石中应用精细护理的效果确切。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of fine nursing interventions of multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy for patients with complicated renal calculi.Methods:100 cases of patients with renal calculi who underwent multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and those in the experimental group received fine nursing interventions.Results:Urinary erythrocyte,blood urea nitrogen,beta 2-microglobulin and N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosamidase(NAG)significantly decreased in both two groups after nursing interventions(P<0.05),and that in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.Self-rating anxiety score and self-rating depression score were lower,and patients′comfort score were higher in both groups after nursing interventions.Patients had a lower complication rate and higher comfort score in the experimental group.Conclusion:The fine nursing interventions were beneficial for patients with complicated renal calculi underwent multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
