加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者围术期中的应用

Effects of the Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Program in Patients with Laparoscopic Radical Prostectomy during Perioperative Period

目的:探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)护理在腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术(LRP)患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:将2017年5月~2019年5月收治的168例LRP患者随机分为观察组和对照组各84例,对照组采用常规护理干预措施,观察组采用ERAS护理干预措施。比较两组术后恢复情况、护理质量和护理满意度。结果:观察组总住院时间、术后住院时间、疼痛评分、术后排便时间、带引流管时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组基础护理、护理态度、健康教育、业务技能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对LRP患者采用ERAS护理干预,能有效缩短患者住院时间,提高护理质量和患者满意度,对患者术后早期康复有重要意义。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)program in patients with laparoscopic radical prostectomy(LRP).Methods:168 patients admitted from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.84 patients in the experimental group received ERAS nursing,and 84 patients in the control group received routine nursing.The body condition on postoperative recovery,nursing quality and patients′satisfaction were analyzed.Results:The total length of hospital stay,postoperative hospital stay,pain scores,time of the first defecation after surgery,drainage time were shorter in the experimental group(P<0.05).The nursing quality and patients satisfaction were higher in the experimental groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Patients undergoing LRP managed with ERAS program had shorter hospital stay and higher satisfaction with nursing quality.There is evidence to suggest that ERAS is beneficial for patients undergoing LRP.
