基于PDCA循环的程序化护理在提高体检效率及体检者满意度中的应用

Effects of Procedural Nursing Based on PDCA Cycle on the Efficiency of Physical Examination and Physical Examinees′ satisfaction

目的:探讨基于PDCA循环的程序化护理在提高体检效率及体检者满意度中的应用。方法:将2016年1月~12月未实施PDCA循环管理前的100例体检者作为对照组,将2017年1~12月实施PDCA循环管理后的100例体检者作为研究组。比较两组体检者护理满意度,体检者负性心理情绪,体检效率。结果:观察组体检者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组整个流程体检时间短于对照组,体检结果可信度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于PDCA循环的程序化护理可有效提高体检效率和体检者满意度,效果满意。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of procedural nursing based on PDCA cycle on the efficiency of physical examination and physical examinees′satisfaction.Methods:100 cases of physical examinees without procedural nursing based on PDCA cycle selected from January to December 2016 were taken as control group,and 100 cases of physical examinees with procedural nursing based on PDCA cycle selected from January to December 2017 were taken as the experimental group.Physical examinees′satisfaction,Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)scores,Hamilton rating scale for anxiety(HAMA)scores,and the efficiency of physical examination were compared between the two groups.Results:Physical examinees in the experimental group had higher satisfaction,lower HAMD and HAMA scores,and shorter examination time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Procedural nursing based on PDCA cycle could improve the efficiency of physical examination and physical examinees′satisfaction.
