摘要
考察了城市化的消费结构升级效应,分析了城市化影响消费结构升级的理论机制,并以中国省级面板数据为样本进行了经验检验。结果显示:城市化可促进发展型消费支出占比的显著增加;城市化对消费结构的影响效应主要通过人口年龄结构转变、产业结构变迁及人力资本积累等渠道来实现;从城乡层面来看,城镇地区的城市化消费结构升级效应明显强于农村地区;从区域层面来看,东部地区的城市化消费结构升级效应显著强于中西部地区。
This essay examines the effects of urbanization on consumption structure upgrading and summarizes the reasons and theoretical mechanism of urbanization causing the transformation of consumption structure.It also conducts an empirical study by using the provincial panel data of China.The results show that:Urbanization can lead to a higher percentage of developmental type consumption;The effects of urbanization on consumption structure upgrading are realized mainly through the promotion of the population age transition,industrial structure evolution and human capital accumulation;From the regional level,the effect of urbanization on consumption structure upgrading is more significant in the eastern than the middle and west region.
