摘要
为了解决半导体激光器特性参数智能计算系统运行效率差的问题,提出并设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的半导体激光器特性参数智能计算系统。对于硬件部分,分析半导体激光器的驱动与测试,设计了半导体激光器特性参数智能计算系统的硬件电路,阐述了半导体激光器的温度控制和FPGA的接口电路,完成该系统的硬件设计;对于软件部分,将半导体激光器的工作温度输入到虚拟器的界面中,利用激光器数据采集卡对半导体激光器降压、工作电流、背光电流做采集处理,并将半导体激光器的光功率值存储起来,完成该系统软件部分的设计,最终实现半导体激光器特性参数智能计算系统设计。实验结果表明,所设计的智能计算系统反映延迟较短,并且驱动电流幅值波动变化较小,说明该系统运行效率高、稳定性好。
In order to solve the problem of poor operation efficiency of the intelligent calculation system of semiconductor laser characteristic parameters,the design of intelligent calculation system of semiconductor laser characteristic parameters based on virtual instrument technology was proposed and designed. For the hardware part,the driving and testing of the semiconductor laser are analyzed. The hardware circuit of the intelligent calculation system of the semiconductor laser characteristic parameter is designed. The temperature control of the semiconductor laser and the interface circuit of the FPGA are expounded. And the hardware design of the system is completed. For the software part,the operating temperature of the semiconductor laser is input into the interface of the virtual device. The laser data acquisition card is used to collect and process the semiconductor laser voltage,operating current,and backlight current,and the optical power value of the semiconductor laser is stored to complete the software part of the system design. Finally realize the intelligent computing system design of semiconductor laser characteristic parameters. The experimental results show that the designed intelligent computing system has a shorter reflection delay and less variation of the driving current amplitude fluctuation,indicating that the system has high operating efficiency and good stability.
