摘要
传统切割工艺设备不仅切割误差大,而且需要工作人员全面控制切割机进行工件加工,为此设计激光切割机智能交互识别系统,系统中语音交互识别模块接收工作人员下达的语音控制信号后,传输至激光传感器模块测量待切割工件与切割机具体加工距离和数据,统计加工切割误差对比测量结果传输至测量造型模块进行切割。语音交互识别模块采用基于混合特征的智能语音识别算法,识别用户语音指令。实验结果验证,所设计系统不仅识别效果较好,而且在噪声环境中的识别精准度较高。
The traditional metal cutting process equipment not only has large cutting error,but also needs the staff to control the cutting machine to process the workpiece. With rapid development of science and technology,intelligent interaction technology has become a hot research topic in modern control theory. The intelligent interactive recognition system for laser cutting machines is designed,and the speech interactive recognition module in the system receives the speech control signal issued by the staff and transmits it to the laser sensor module to measure the specific processing distance and data between the workpiece to be cut and the cutting machine. The statistical cutting error is compared and the measurement results are transmitted to the measuring modeling module for cutting. The speech interactive recognition module uses the intelligent speech recognition algorithm based on mixed features to recognize the user’s speech instructions. Experimental results show that the system not only has a good recognition effect,but also has high precision in noise environment.
