中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的效果

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2017年9月至2018年12月收治的86例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的病例资料,根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为两组,各43例。对照组予以舒利迭治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予补肺活血汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后肺功能及生活质量[以圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评估]。结果治疗后,两组的FEV1及FVC均较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的生活质量评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,可有效改善患者的肺功能与生活质量,临床疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage. Methods A retrospective analysis of 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage treated in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 was conducted. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with seretide, while the observation group was treated with Bufei Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The pulmonary function and quality of life [assessed by St. George's respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ)] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the FEV1 and FVC of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of both groups decreased, and that of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage can effectively improve the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients, with definite clinical efficacy.
