卡前列素氨丁三醇联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的40例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组给予B-Lynch缝合术治疗,观察组给予卡前列素氨丁三醇联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组止血后持续出血时间<2h者明显多于对照组,出血量500~1000mL者明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,且术后血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果显著,可缩短出血时间,减少出血量,改善手术指标,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods Forty cases of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into the observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with B-Lynch suture, while the observation group was treated with B-Lynch suture combined with carboprost tromethamine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The number of patients with duration of continue bleeding less than 2 hours after hemostasis in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group, and the number of patients with bleeding volume of 500-1 000 mL was significantly more than that in the control group (P<0.05). The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the postoperative hemoglobin level was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine combined with B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia has a significant effect. It can shorten the bleeding time, reduce the amount of bleeding, and improve the surgical indicators, which is worthy of promotion.
