摘要
目的探讨新生儿科护士阶段性电话随访对出院新生儿纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法将我院新生儿科2016年3月至2017年3月出院的170例新生儿随机分成研究组和对照组,每组85例。出院前予以两组产妇母乳喂养宣教,并告知母乳喂养咨询电话。在此基础上,研究组于出院后每隔2个星期进行1次电话随访,持续2个月。比较两组的干预效果。结果研究组的母乳喂养率高于对照组,混合喂养率低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院2个月后,两组母乳喂养知识及技巧评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院2个月后,两组SAS及SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予产妇出院后阶段性电话随访,能够提高母乳喂养率,且有助于提升母乳喂养知识及技巧水平,帮助产妇减轻因喂养婴儿带来的心理困扰。
Objective To explore the effect of phased telephone follow-up of nurses in neonatal department on exclusive breast-feeding rate of discharged neonates. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 170 neonates discharged from the neonatal department of our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 85 cases in each group. Before discharge, both groups were taught breast-feeding, with informing breast-feeding counseling telephone. On this basis, the study group was followed up by telephone every two weeks after discharge for two months. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The breast-feeding rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the mixed feeding rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). At two months after discharge, the scores of breast-feeding knowledge and skill in both groups increased, and those of the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). At two months after discharge, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Phased telephone follow-up after discharge can improve breast-feeding rate and the levels of breast-feeding knowledge and skills, which can help mothers alleviate psychological distress caused by infant feeding.
