持续质量改进在提高神经内科护士应急能力中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous quality improvement in improving emergency response ability of nurses in neurological department

目的探究持续质量改进在提高神经内科护士应急能力中的应用效果。方法选取20名神经内科护士作为研究对象,将2016年9月至2017年8月设为参照组考察时间,将2017年9月至2018年9月设为研讨组考察时间。比较两组护士干预前、后的应急能力、整体配合能力及医生和患者对护理的满意度。结果干预前,两组护士的应急理论知识和操作技能评分及整体配合能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组护士的应急理论知识和操作技能评分及整体配合能力评分均显著提高,且研讨组高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研讨组和参照组医生和患者对护理的满意度评分均较干预前提高,且研讨组高于参照组。结论持续质量改进在提高神经内科护士应急能力中的应用效果显著,可有效提高护士的应急能力,使得其整体配合能力得到提升,并利于提升医生和患者对护理的满意度,值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in improving emergency response ability of nurses in neurological department. Methods Twenty neurological nurses were selected as the study objects, and the period from September 2016 to August 2017 was set up as the study time of reference group and the period from September 2017 to September 2018 was set up as the study time of study group. The emergency response ability and overall cooperation ability of nurses and doctors' and patients' satisfaction for nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of emergency theoretical knowledge, operational skills and overall coordination ability between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of emergency theoretical knowledge, operational skills and overall coordination ability of the two groups improved significantly, and those of the study group were higher than the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the satisfaction scores for nursing of doctors and patients in the study group and the reference group were higher than those before the intervention, and those of the study group were higher than the reference group. Conclusion Continuous quality improvement has a significant effect in improving the emergency response ability of nurses in neurology department, can effectively improve the emergency response ability and overall cooperation ability of nurses, and help to improve doctors' and patients' satisfaction for nursing, which is worth popularizing and applying.
