摘要
氧化应激是糖尿病肾病发病机制中的重要环节,主要通过诱导线粒体氧化磷酸化产生大量的活性氧,影响肾组织正常的结构和生理功能。近年来的研究证明,在糖尿病中氧化应激不仅与肾小球系膜细胞的肥大和足细胞损伤密切相关,同样也是肾小管间质病理损伤的重要环节,具有影响肾小管的重吸收、分泌和间质纤维化的作用。本文从肾小管中的氧化应激与炎症、纤维化和细胞衰老凋亡等之间的关系进行综述。
Oxidative stress is a significant part of the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease, mainly characterized by mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation producing a large amount of reactive oxygen species and ultimately affecting the normal structure and physiological functions of kidney. Recent studies have confirmed that oxidative stress is not only closely related to the hypertrophy of mesangial cells and podocyte injury triggered by diabetes, but also a fundamental link to tubulointerstitial injury, which can affect renal tubular reabsorption, secretion and interstitial fibrosis. Therefore, the relationships of oxidative stress with inflammation,fibrosis and apoptosis in renal tubules are analyzed in this article.
