An Efficient Catalyst for the Synthesis of Azoxystrobin and Its Intermediate

摘要 [目的]开发一种制备嘧菌酯及其中间体2-(2-((6-氯嘧啶-4-基)氧基)苯基)-3,3-二甲氧基丙烯酸酯的新型催化剂。[方法]以哌啶-3-甲酸乙酯为初始原料,经烷基化、迪克曼缩合、脱羧、还原得到1-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷-6-醇,并以该化合物为催化剂制备嘧菌酯及其中间体。[结果]以哌啶-3-甲酸乙酯为初始原料,经4步反应制备1-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷-6-醇,总收率达到71.1%。以该化合物为催化剂,高收率的合成了嘧菌酯及其中间体。[结论]1-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷-6-醇可以高效的催化嘧菌酯及其中间体的制备反应,为嘧菌酯及其中间体的制备提供了新的催化剂。 [Aims] A new efficient catalyst was developed for the preparation of azoxystrobin and its intermediate methyl 2-(2-(6-chloropyridine-4-yloxy)phenyl)-3,3-dimethoxypropanoate.[Methods] Using ethyl 3-piperidinecarboxylate as starting material,1-azabicyclo[3.2.1]-6-octanol was obtained by alkylation,Dickman condensation,decarboxylation,and reduction.The compound was tested as catalyst for the preparation of azoxystrobin and its intermediate.[Results] 1-Azabicyclo [3.2.1]octan-6-ol was prepared in total yield of 71.1% through four steps.The compound was found to be an efficient catalyst for the preparation of azoxystrobin and its intermediate.[Conclusions] 1-Azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-6-ol as a new efficient catalyst has been used for the synthesis of azoxystrobin and its intermediate.
