针对目前市场上设备厂生产的生活污水处理装置存在的问题和船舶生活污水处理系统管系设计的问题进行剖析,给出解决方案,分析未来公约的变化趋势,旨在使船舶生活污水处理系统管系设计者和从事该设备船舶生产及产品检验的人员对MEPC.227(64)决议和MARPOL附则IV有深入的了解,避免船舶PSC检查因此设备问题造成滞留。

The problems existing in the sewage treatment plants produced by equipment factory on the market and the design problem of ship’s sewage treatment systems were analyzed to set forth the solutions.The trend of future conventions was investigated to make the designers of ship’s sewage treatment system,the personnel engaged in the production of this equipment and the inspector of the equipment have a deeper understanding and cognition of MEPC.227(64)resolution and MARPOL Annex IV,so as to avoid detention of vessels caused by this equipment in PSC inspection.
