摘要
基于CSR规范对油船平面横舱壁水平桁根部的有关疲劳要求,以某油船为例,采用CSR规范规定的有限元疲劳评估方法,计算有、无背肘板设置,以及不同厚度背肘板下的水平桁根部关键位置处的疲劳寿命。对比不同方案下的评估结果,分析探讨设置背肘板和背肘板尺寸变化对油船平面横舱壁水平桁根部节点疲劳寿命的影响,提出背肘板设计建议。
According to fatigue requirements of CSR,the hot spots,for heel of transverse bulkhead horizontal stringer in one oil tank without and with backing bracket of different thicknesses,were analyzed by the fatigue assessment method in line with CSR.Based on the calculation results,the influence of backing bracket and backing bracket size upon the fatigue life of transverse bulkhead horizontal stringer’s heel for oil tank was analyzed.Some recommendations for design of the backing bracket were proposed.
