内河船舶防止生活污水污染的方法

Methods of Preventing Domestic Sewage Pollution by Inland Watercraft

分别从法规要求和船舶设计两方面分析内河船舶生活污水设备的配置不能满足船舶在限制排放区域零排放要求的现象,针对内河船舶在限制排放区域违规排放问题,提出解决方案,即内河船舶应设置生活污水存储舱(柜),以储存船舶在限制排放区域期间产生的经生活污水处理装置的排放水,实现限制排放区域的零排放控制要求。通过技术分析和排放检测试验,进一步明确生活污水存储舱(柜)的设置和使用要求。

From two aspects of regulatory requirements and ship design,the configuration of inland watercraft sewage equipment was analyzed,which cannot meet the requirements of the zero discharge of the vessel in the restricted emission area.A solution was put forward,that is,setting up a living sewage storage tank(cabinet)in the inland ship to store the discharge water of the sewage treatment device produced by the vessel during the limit of the discharge area.Through technical analysis and emission test,the setting and application requirements of domestic sewage storage tanks were further clarified.
