摘要
从SOLAS公约第II-2章限制火灾蔓延的角度出发,结合海安会MSC.1/Circ.1511通函,对车辆运输船防火要求的特殊性进行解读。对某型3800车位车辆运输船的建造检验中发现的防火方面典型问题进行分析,为以后大型车辆运输船的防火安全提供检验指导。
From the point of view of Chapter II-2 of SOLAS convention,the particularity of fire protection requirements of vehicle carriers was interpreted in combination with MSC.1/Circ.1511.The typical problems found in the construction and inspections of a 3 800 pure car/truck carrier(PCTC)were analyzed providing inspection guidance of fire safety for large-scale car carriers in the future.
