重力约束控制薄板焊接变形方法在船舶建造中的应用

摘要 介绍薄板焊接变形产生的原因、力学机理及几种常用的减小薄板焊接变形的方法,结合实践经验,总结出利用重力约束减小薄板焊接变形的方法。 During the construction of the ship,welding deformation of steel plates is unavoidable,especially for thin steel plates.In this paper,The causes and mechanism of welding deformation of thin steel plates were introduced,as well as several commonly used methods to reduce welding deformation of thin steel plates.According to the long-term practice,a method to controlling the welding deformation of thin steel plates by means of gravity constraint was put forward.
