摘要
以某型1000t海工起重机负荷试验中发现的轨道节点设计缺陷为例,结合该起重机回转支撑的有限元分析、工程案例分析及后续工艺改进措施,对大型海工起重机回转支撑的节点失效分析和设计优化提供参考。
Taking the design defect of track joints found in the load test of a 1 000 t crane as an example,combining with the finite element analysis,engineering case analysis and subsequent process improvement of the slewing support of the crane,the failure analysis and design optimization of the slewing support joints of a large offshore crane were provided for reference.
