摘要
在进行碳纤维复合材料高速客船主船体结构修理时,根据规范要求采用完善的质量验证体系,涵盖损伤检测与评估、修理方式分析、质量控制及验证各个阶段,并按照船级社规范标准,利用试验验证对船体结构维修二次粘接成型的力学性能进行检测,测试结果表明,修理质量良好。
When repairing the main hull structure of carbon fiber composite high-speed passenger ship,a perfect quality verification system was adopted according to the requirements of the specification,which covered all stages of damage detection and evaluation,repair mode analysis,quality control and verification.According to the standard of photo classification society,the mechanical properties of secondary bonding molding for ship structure maintenance were tested.The test results showed that the repair quality is good.
