基于Delphi-AHP模糊综合评价的最优航线选择

摘要 提出一种综合评价的方法,在选择航行路线时,减小指标选择的随机性,进而使船舶减少航行危险,提高航行效率。根据Delphi-AHP模糊综合评价对港口的选择进行研究,以某公司运输港口的选择为例,分析各个方案,得出最合适的航行方案,并对方案的有效性进行验证。 A new method of comprehensive evaluation for route selection was proposed to reduce the randomness of index,which can reduce the risk of navigation and improve the navigation efficiency.The choice of port was studied according to Delphi-AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Taking the selection of a company’s transportation port as an example,each scheme was analyzed in detail to get the most suitable navigation scheme.The validity of the scheme was verified.
