摘要
针对耙吸挖泥船舱内泥泵在疏浚过程中的健康评估过度依赖人工,智能化程度不高的问题,采用神经网络重构方法对舱内泵系统进行健康系统重构,分析舱内泥泵和辅助系统的运行参数,对泥泵的磨损状态进行评估,该系统能为泥泵运行维护提供技术指导,提高挖泥船的疏浚效率。
Aiming at the health assessment system of dredge pump during dredge project,the healthy system reconstruction of pump system was carried out by means of neural network reconstruction.The operating parameters of dredge pump and auxiliary system were analyzed and the abrasion condition of dredge pump was evaluated which could provide technical director for operating maintenance of dredge pump so as to improve the dredging efficiency.
