摘要
在液化气船建造过程中,液货罐安装涉及的工艺技术面广,管理、施工难度大,其质量控制是关键。针对液货罐安装过程中的关键点:鞍座及防浮装置的制作与安装、液货罐的吊装、液货罐的安装等方面的技术和检验要点进行分析和阐述。
In the construction of liquefied gas carriers,the installation of tanks involves a wide range of processes and technologies;management and construction are difficult,and the quality control is crucial to the ship.The key techniques and inspection points in the tank installation process were analyzed and elaborated from views of the manufacture and installation of saddle seats and anti-floating devices,the lifting and installation of tanks,etc.
