PSV受坠物碰撞损伤数值模拟分析

摘要 为确保PSV靠离海洋平台作业过程中物体坠落对PSV甲板撞击后的结构安全,对坠落立管撞击PSV甲板的过程进行非线性仿真分析。运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立有限元模型,考虑落物不同撞击角度撞击PSV船舶甲板进行模拟计算,得到甲板在不同工况下的损伤情况。研究落物撞击时PSV甲板的结构响应特性,最大等特效应力和凹陷程度与撞击角度的关系。分别用改进的Levenberg-MarquardtBP神经网络算法和多项式对仿真结果进行拟合对比分析。研究发现,碰撞角度也是PSV落物风险评估中不能忽视的重要因素。 In order to ensure the structural safety of the decks after the falling of the risers to the PSV deck during the operation of the offshore platform,the nonlinear analysis of the dropped objects impacting the PSV deck was conducted.The finite element model was established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the dropped objects hitting the PSV deck at different impact angle and analyze the damage of the deck under different working conditions.To study the structural response characteristics of the PSV deck at the time of impacting,the relation between the maximum equivalent stress,the degree of depression and the impact angle was obtained.The simulation results were analyzed by the improved Levenberg-Marquardt BP neural network algorithm and polynomial curve fitting.It was found that the impact angle is also an important factor that cannot be ignored in the PSV risk assessment.
