摘要
为解决现有船用储油罐应急抛放装置的纯机械式机构、操作时间长、产品可靠性低等弊端,提出一种可自动化控制、操作时间短、安全可靠的船用储油罐应急抛放装置。通过船厂调研、方案比对设计,运用目前易于实现的制造、检测技术进行样机研制,逐一实现抛放装置所需要达到的技术指标。对研制的抛放装置进行性能试验,结果表明,该型抛放装置在相关性能指标上能满足实际应用要求。
For solving existing marine emergency device,such as pure mechanical institutions,long operating time,low product reliability and so on,an safe and reliable emergency throwing device was proposed which can automatically control in short operating time.Through shipyard investigation,comparison design,the prototype was developed by using mature technologies of manufacture and detection.The technical indicators of the emergency throwing device were achieved one by one.The results of performance test showed that the related performance indicators of the device can meet the practical application requirements.
