摘要
广西政府高度重视应对气候变化工作,强化控制温室气体排放目标责任,科学合理分解碳强度降低率指标,有效控制温室气体排放。文章总结了碳强度考核的相关背景,分析了广西开展碳强度考核的意义,并提出措施建议。
The Guangxi government attaches great importance to the work of addressing climate change, strengthens the responsibility for controlling greenhouse gas emissions, scientifically and rationally decomposes carbon intensity reduction rate indicators, and effectively controls greenhouse gas emissions. This paper summarizes the relevant background of carbon intensity assessment, analyzes the significance of carbon intensity assessment in Guangxi, and puts forward measures and suggestions.
