摘要
目前,餐饮业中央厨房的炒灶、蒸汽灶等逐步采用了清洁醇基燃料加热。现针对餐饮业多头、单头火炉难以实现醇基燃料微流量的控制(燃料微流量为0.3kg/h^1.5kg/h),且需工作人员在现场实时监管燃烧的情况,应用淦隆公司自主研发的清洁醇基燃料微流量供给安全系统后,不仅实现了醇基燃料微流量供给,而且在可无人监管的情况下安全燃烧,同时防止了燃料溢出的问题。
At present, cooking stoves and steam stoves in the central kitchen of catering industry gradually adopt clean alcohol-based fuel for heating cooking. It is difficult to control the micro-flow of alcohol-based fuel (fuel micro-flow is 0.3 kg/h to 1.5 kg/h) in the multi-end and single-end stoves of catering industry, and staff are required to monitor the combustion situation in real time. With the application of the clean alcohol-based fuel micro-flow supply safety system independently developed by Ganlong Company, not only the alcohol-based fuel micro-flow supply is realized, but also the fuel can be burned safely without supervision, and the problem of fuel spillover is prevented.
