摘要
针对目前石英砂烘干工艺多以煤、液化气为燃料且燃烧过程存在环境污染、能效低以及产品质量无法保证的问题,自主研发了智能醇基燃料燃控石英砂烘干系统,结果表明,该燃控系统绿色、环保,应用于石英砂烘干工艺中,可减低能耗、提高石英砂烘干效率和产品质量。
In view of the problems of coal and liquefied gas as fuels in quartz sand drying process, environmental pollution, low energy efficiency and product quality cannot be guaranteed in the combustion process, an intelligent alcohol-based fuel combustion control quartz sand drying system is developed independently. The results show that the combustion control system is green and environmentally friendly. It can be used in quartz sand drying process to reduce energy consumption, improve quartz sand drying efficiency and product quality.
