摘要
目的:探讨互联网与以问题为基础的教学方法相结合的教学方法在《神经病学》教学实践中运用的效果。方法:将两个年度的广西医科大学第二附属医院临床专业本科生,以不同的教学方法分为两组,2012级的100人为对照组,采用传统式的LBL教学方式,2013级的107人为实验组,采用“互联网+CBL”教学方式。通过考试测试和问卷调查方法,评估不同教学方法对学生理论考试,临床操作技能等方面的影响。结果:通过考试成绩比较,实验组理论及操作成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查显示,“互联网+CBL”教学在提高学生学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高学习效率等7个方面具有优势(P<0.05)。结论:在神经病学教学中,“互联网+CBL”教学方法能更好的激发学生学习兴趣、在提高自学能力、提高学习效率、加深课堂记忆、提高发现问题及解决问题能力、培养临床思维等方面具有优势;提高了学生理论水平及临床实际工作能力,提高了神经病学本科教育的效果,有利于医学生的培养。
Objective: To explore the effect of the combination of the Internet and problem-based teaching methods in the teaching practice of Neurology. Methods: Two-year clinical undergraduates of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods. The 100 students in Grade 2012 were assigned into the control group with the traditional LBL teaching method. The 107 students in Grade 2013 were assigned into the experimental group with teaching method of the “Internet+CBL”. Through the exam test and questionnaire survey methods, we evaluated the impact of different teaching methods on students' theoretical tests and clinical skills. Results: Through the comparison of exam scores, the theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Through questionnaire survey,“Internet+CBL” teaching has advantages in improving students' interest in learning, improving self-learning ability and improving learning efficiency (P< 0.05). Conclusion: In the teaching of Neurology,“Internet+CBL” teaching method can better stimulate the interest of students in learning, improve self-learning ability, improve learning efficiency, deepen classroom memory, improve discovery and problem-solving ability, and cultivate clinical thinking. It can also improve theoretical level and clinical practical work ability of students, improve the effect of undergraduate education of Neurology, and be conducive to the cultivation of medical students.
