CBL教学法在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中的应用评价

Application and Evaluation of CBL Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Residents in Endocrinology Department

目的:探讨CBL(Case-basedlearning)教学法在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中应用效果及影响因素。方法:2016年4月~2017年12月在我院内分泌科进行一阶段轮转的住院医师共80人,随机分为两组,一组采用CBL教学法,另一组采用传统教学法,每组40人,轮转学习时间为两个月。轮转学习结束后通过问卷调查评价两组学生对课程的满意度,利用书面理论和临床实践能力测试进行学习效果的评估。结果:采用CBL教学组学员课程满意度明显高于传统教学组学员,临床各项考核除初步诊断分数无差异外余项目成绩均优于传统教学组学员,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是,两组学员的书面理论测试成绩无显著差异。结论:使用CBL教学法能够显著提高内分泌科规培住院医师的临床实践能力,使教学更有效,若能与其他教学模式相结合,取长补短,效果更佳。

Objective: To explore the influencing factors and effect evaluation of CBL (case-based learning) teaching method in standardized training of residents in Department of Endocrinology.Method: Atotal of 80 hospitalizations in the Endocrinology Department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine in April 2016-2017 were divided into 2 groups randomly. One group adopted the CBL teaching method, the other group adopted the traditional teaching method, 40 people in each group, and the rotation learning time was 2 months. After the study of rotation, a questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups of students, and the evaluation of the learning effect was carried out by the written theory and the test of clinical practice ability. Results: the satisfaction of students for the CBL teaching group was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group. All the scores of the clinical assessment were superior to those of the traditional teaching group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the academic test scores of the two groups. Conclusion: The use of CBL teaching method can significantly improve the clinical practice ability of the physicians in Endocrinology Department, and make the teaching more effective. If it can be combined with other teaching models, the effect is better.
