中国与中东欧16国农产品贸易合作的互补性与竞争性分析——基于“16+1”合作机制

Research on Competitiveness and Cooperation of the Agricultural Products Trade Cooperation and Development between China and 16 Central and Eastern European Eountries

2012年4月26日,中国与中东欧16国启动"16+1"合作机制,经贸合作发展迈入新阶段,农产品贸易逐渐成为"16+1"合作机制的新议题和新的发展方向。2012~2018年,中国与中东欧16国农产品贸易合作取得了重要成效,但也存在着总体规模偏小、地位低微,跌宕起伏、缺乏平稳性,国别与产品结构不合理等问题。贸易结合度指数、显示性比较优势指数和贸易互补性指数实证检验表明,中国与中东欧16国农产品贸易合作关联度较低,但互补性强、交集广、潜力巨大。"一带一路"倡议下,务实推进中国与中东欧16国农产品贸易合作是互利共赢的,也是构建"中欧命运共同体"的最佳结合点与有效路径之一。

On April 26, 2012, China and 16 Central and Eastern European Countries started "16+1" cooperation mechanism, trade cooperation development entered a new period, and agricultural products trade gradually became the new issue and orientation of "16+1" cooperation mechanism. From 2012 to 2018, the agricultural products trade cooperation between China and 16 Central and Eastern European Countries has gained important effects,but there still existed problems such as relatively small overall size and low status, ups and downs and lack of stability, unsuitable structures of countries and products and so on. According to the empirical analysis of Trade Integration Index, Revealed Comparative Advantage Index and Trade Complementarily Index, the correlation of the agricultural products trade cooperation between China and 16 Central and Eastern European Countries is low, but the complementarily is strong, the cooperation relation is wide, and the future potential is huge. Under the proposal "the Belt and Road", well pushing the agricultural products trade cooperation between China and 16 central and eastern European countries will mutually benefit, and also will be the best point and one of the effective ways to build the China-Europe community of shared future.
